Past But Not Forgotten
Khandi was his name. This gentle, chestnut Arab's floating gait was just perfect for his little girl rider. Their adventures spanned the country from the unspoiled trails of Hamilton, MA to the mountains and plains of Shoshone country in Cody, Wyoming. This wise equine showed his rider no matter how deep the woods, they would always find their way. While surrounded by the the majesty of the West, he taught his little girl about her power. He showed her there wasn't a mountain they could not climb. He taught her that love is expressed by touching and trusting. Though many years have passed, and he is no longer with his little girl, she remembers and holds his magic close to her heart.
